The A321 aircraft operating the flight 6E2065 departed Bhubaneswar around 8am and was scheduled to land in Delhi at 10.05am. The aircraft climbed to about 4,300 feet, when it had a small dip in altitude and then regained to climb to 5,000 feet before the aircraft was put into a descent to divert to Bhubaneshwar, showed data from live flight tracking app, flightradar24. The aircraft landed safely. According to sources, the aircraft suffered a bird hit which necessitated the diversion.
