75th Republic Day: Military prowess, Nari Shakti on full display at Kartavya Path

This year’s Republic Day witnessed the comeback of the horse-drawn ‘buggy’ after a gap of 40 years as President Droupadi Murmu and her French counterpart Macron travelled in the traditional carriage to the Kartavya Path for the parade. The women dominated the parade this time. This was the first time in the history of the Delhi police force when its marching contingent comprised only women personnel.
