Presiding officer sick, Chandigarh mayoral polls 'postponed'

The Congress and AAP alleged that their councillors were not allowed inside the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation House for the mayoral polls. Pawan Kumar Bansal claimed that the polls were canceled due to the presiding officer falling sick, accusing the BJP of preventing the elections. The AAP announced they will take the matter to the high court.
