Ram temple consecration: Yogi govt deploys Tata Tigor EVs

The Yogi Adityanath government has deployed 15 four-wheeler electric vehicles (EVs) for intercity travel between Ayodhya and Lucknow, promoting eco-friendly transportation during the grand consecration ceremony of the Ram Mandir. Tourists in Ayodhya will soon have access to electric cars through a mobile app, allowing them to easily book and visit religious sites. The fare for these electric cars ranges from Rs 250 for 10 kilometers to Rs 3000 for a 12-hour rental. The Tata Tigor EVs have a range of 315 km on a single charge. An e-cart service is also available for elderly visitors heading to various sites in Ayodhya.
