SC grants bail to Bhushan Steel's ex-MD in Rs 46,000cr money laundering case

The Supreme Court has granted bail to Neeraj Singal, former Bhushan Steel promoter, involved in a Rs 46,000 crore bank fraud and money laundering case. After spending 16 months in jail, the court criticized the Enforcement Directorate for procedural lapses during his arrest and required him to surrender his passport and remain in India.
