UP man swings 8-month-old son upside down & roams village

In Rampur, a man, enraged over unmet dowry demands of Rs 2 lakh and a car, was filmed holding his eight-month-old son upside down and parading him through the village. The incident, which occurred on July 19, prompted police action for disturbing public peace, despite no formal complaint being filed.
