Sandalwood stars Upendra Rao and Priyanka Upendra fell victim to a sophisticated digital scam after their phones were hacked by fraudsters impersonating a courier service. The scammers then sent messages to the couple's contacts requesting urgent financial assistance, leading some, including their son, to transfer money.
